I would like to
thank those customers who contributed to the Customer Satisfaction
Survey undertaken in confidence during October and November 2007 by
Sigma Research, following up on the previous annual surveys.
Key findings show
that 69% (2006 - 64%) of our customers are very satisfied with our
overall service and a further 30% (2006 – 20%) fairly satisfied.
64% (2006 - 57%) of our customers are very satisfied with the
overall level of products received and a further 36% (2006 - 46%)
are fairly satisfied. I am also absolutely delighted to report that
98% (2006 - 78%) of our customers would recommend Buildspan as a
good supplier. All of these results are a fitting testament to the
hard work that all staff at Buildspan put in day in day out.
Feedback from the
survey indicated that our customers are very satisfied with the
product quality of products sold, the speed of delivery, order
placement efficiency, the speed and reliability of delivery, the
range of products, sales advice and delivery coverage. Good
satisfaction levels were also reported in respect of technical data
and product knowledge. Some dissatisfaction has been reported with
our speed of response to enquiries and our hard copy catalogue and
these areas will receive further attention.
A follow up survey
will be taken during 2008 to see if improvements are evident to our
customers.
Buildspan remain
committed to providing the highest levels of customer service
possible in all areas. We value feedback from customers at all
times. If you have any comments to make with regard to any area of
our service then please speak to your Account Manager or call one of
our internal sales team.
We also value
feedback from our customers with regard to our internal processes so
if you would like to have a tour of the Ash Vale, Dronfield or
London depots and to see our systems in action then please speak to
your Account Manager or call one of our internal sales team.
The winner of the
Customer Satisfaction Survey prize draw has asked to remain
anonymous.
